More about the band
They were created in Athens in 2015. The band share their love for New Orleans, Storyville (the neighborhood of New Orleans where Jazz was born), the "sporting houses" of Basin' Street, "Lulu White," and the "professors" who played there, the bands of the parades with the "second liners," and the bands of the Mississippi riverboats.
They are influenced from King Oliver, Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, Bix Beiderbecke, Eddie Lang, Sidney Bechet, Fats Waller, Original Dixieland Jazz Band, among others.
They have appeared at festivals such as the Ballroom Festival - Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Melijazz, Round Midnight Blues Festival, Rematias Theater in Chalandri, Mykonos Art Festival, Swinging the Bay, and others, while they have a strong presence in the the Greek music scene.
